At Debbie’s Herbal Spa, we prioritize providing a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.

A confirmation text or email will be sent after booking. Please confirm your appointment to avoid cancellations.

Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Hygiene & Safety

We follow strict sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.

All tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected after each use.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform us before your service.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Product purchases are final. However, unopened and unused items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

6. Children & Guests

For safety reasons, children are only allowed in the spa if they have an appointment.

We kindly ask that additional guests wait in the designated area to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Gratuities are appreciated but not required and may be given in cash or added to your payment.
